RATES
$150 per 50 minute session
$200 per 90 minute session
Reduced Fee: Sliding Scale fees are available based on financial need. Details of this will be discussed on a case by case basis.
PAYMENT
Cash, check, and most major credit cards are accepted. Payment is required at the time of service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I hold a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable make your scheduled appointment please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying for the missed appointment.
INSURANCE
Accepted: Anthem, HealthNet, Aetna
While I may not accept your insurance at this time, my services may still be covered in full, or in part, by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Does my insurance include mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Is pre-approval required from my primary care physician?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
